Thank you for your interest in joining the Devotion Dance Academy Competition Program! We are excited for another amazing season. Below is a guide to help families understand important dates, fees, expectations, and policies.

IMPORTANT AUDITION INFO

Audition Day Requirements

  • Dancers must wear all black
  • Hair must be slicked back
  • Audition fees and deposits are non-refundable
  • Team placements are final
  • Please wait 48 hours after placements before requesting meetings regarding placement questions

AUDITION FEES

  • Audition Fee: $45-$65
  • Deposit Due at Auditions (This will go towards future competition fees): $100

  • Ballet Shoes/Tights
  • Nude Leotard for Performances
  • Technique Equipment Kit

Important Payment Policies
  • Autopay is required
  • Late payments receive a 10% late fee
  • Accounts over 2 months late may be sent to collections
  • No refunds for missed classes or withdrawals

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

If a dancer quits after the season begins:

  • Families are responsible for an additional $350 drop fee per routine
  • Costumes will not be distributed
  • Payments are non-refundable
